Red Earth Planning has been serving the Broken Hill and surrounding community since 2005. We specialize in Architectural Drafting, Town Planning, Environmental Reports & Energy Efficiency Design and Certification.
Our goal is always to deliver efficient, timely and cost effective service. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
Below is a list of the services we offer:
* Architectural Drafting & Design - We supply a service for a wide range of buildings ranging from domestic through to commercial & industrial projects. Free initial consultation and quotes available.
* Town Planning - As a qualified town planner with extensive experience in the region, we can provide assistance with your Development Applications and can provide a wide range of associated documentation to support your application. We can also assist you if you are having problems with Council and need advice as to how to resolve your problem. In many cases a town planner can resolve the issue without the need for costly legal action.
* Basix Certificates & Energy Audits - We can undertake to provide you with Basix certificates for your project. It is often possible to save considerable costs by an informed approach to energy efficiency for your building. We are also an accredited member of the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors and can undertake Second generation software assessments for your building.
* Environmental Reports - We can provide Environmental Impact Statements & Statements of Environmental Effects for your project. We have access to qualified and experienced personal to undertake Archaeological & Environmental studies as necessary and can coordinate these to provide a full package without the hassles.
