Information That You May Provide

Coupon Club Members
Minimum information required is First Name, Email address, Country, Postal / Zip Code and Login credentials.
In addition, you may provide information to allow us to enhance our service. For instance you have the option of telling us the types of coupons you would like to receive and nominate specific businesses that you want to be notified about when coupons are made available. When you print a Coupon we do keep statistics so we can report back to the advertisers the success of their marketing campaigns. By default, this will be a number only. However, you have the option to be included on their Coupon Redemption list so they can keep you abreast of developments with their business in addition to being notified about future coupons. Only your first name and email address is provided unless you advise us otherwise.

Paid Membership (Business Owners)
Minimum information required is Introducer, Country, Preferred Currency, Time Zone, Business Name First Name, Last Name, Email address, and Login credentials.
SynergyBizNet.com also collects other profile data including but not limited to telephone number, mobile telephone number, skype address, business interests, business locality, business description, advertising material in order to assist users in finding and communicating with each other.

Information That We May Collect

SynergyBizNet.com also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

Coupon Club Members
User Profile information is only shared with the people who you introduced to the club and others that you may nominate. Your login name is revealed to other members but no other personally identifiable information is shared.

Paid Membership (Business Owners)
SynergyBizNet is a directory service for Business Owners. Generally. All information should be regarded as being available to the general community (other than passwords and financial details)

Credit Card and Bank Account Details

For Paid Members (Business Owners), SynergyBizNet.com use your credit or debit card information to process your payments. Credit Card and Bank account details that we collect are securely stored within our system. Bank account details are protected and controlled via strict security measures. Internal staff have limited access to this information. Bank account information is supplied to our bank electronically. These transfers are under the control of security facilities provided by the bank. Whenever you modify your card or bank account details a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address for your notification.
In the event that do not want us to store your bank account details we recommend that you use the Global Payment Facility for receiving rebates.

Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members

As a member of SynergyBizNet you can invite friends to share the benefits with you by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. Our system stores the email addresses that you send enabling friends to stay together.

Use of Cookies

We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff.
