Intel Based PC Computer Systems and Notebooks

We can supply and support Intel Based PC Computer Systems and Notebooks from many different brands. 

For PCs generally we custom build to your requirements from quality carefully selected components.  The computers all come with 2 years Return to Base warranty for both parts and labour.  We have    on-site Warranties available on all our systems as an option,  All PC’s are tested in our workshop prior to your collection or their delivery and installation.

Notebooks are available from the following manufacturers; Hewlett Packard, NEC, LG, Toshiba, Sony and ASUS.  We offer a service to handle the manufacturer’s warranty on your behalf and afterwards we are able to repair in our workshop should it be necessary.

We can supply or configure Servers and Workstations using the Microsoft Operating Platforms.

We provide all the service you require

We have a modern workshop to perform computer repairs and upgrades.  We offer both a pickup & delivery service and full on-site service.  As a business owner minimal interruption to operations is one of the most important facets of running a successful business.

Our technician will endeavour to work in with your schedule where possible otherwise will complete work in an efficient manner.  Attention to detail and as little interruption as possible is our aim for any on-site service. If this cannot be achieved we will bring the unit back to our workshop and repair then return to you and reinstall ready for work.

Insurance work is also available.  We can either quote and submit to insurance company then wait for approval or repair then submit for insurance.

When you purchase a pc computer from us you have the choice of standard Return to Base Warranty or opt for our Competitively priced Support Pack 2 or SMB which includes 3 years on-site warranty.  Both these Support Packs include our Help Desk and an Annual Service.

Silver and Gold Level Maintenance Programs

With our Silver and Gold Level Maintenance programs your businesses computer maintenance is taken care of.  Quarterly visits by our technicians ensure that general maintenance is regularly attended to.  This includes physical cleaning and file maintenance.  Please refer to following pages for the details.

With each level we include Business Hours Help Desk.  Our friendly staff can help you out of most IT problems and if the problem requires an emergency on-site repair you are assured of a set fee for timed service with no extra cost for travel.
